Why donate?

The health issues connected to asbestos have been neatly swept under the rug. Obtaining accurate information is a challenge. Yesterday I went to Barnes and Noble and then Borders to purchase a book on the history of asbestos and mesothelioma. Not one book was carried at either store! Several are out of print. Local libraries only carry a few of the books that have been written. Thus, doing research and obtaining correct and current information is a challenging and time consuming process.

Liz wants to spend her time directly helping people by doing research at the library, creating new blog posts, articles, and newsletters; and by speaking to groups; always with the primary intention of helping victims of asbestos exposure.
